Blogger Recognition Award

Goodness is all l can say – well next to pawsome, pawtiffic, Pawsitively fabulous and high paws! I never expected to be looking at a nomination, but in truth – why should l be so surprised, really? I am a proud K9r standing as tall as my height allows me amongst a race of 2 legged beings!

I may be small, but l am mighty!

As K9rs we must put up with a lot from at times a besmirching race such as the 2 leggeds but to actually be ‘nominated’ for Blogger Recognition is a very honoured thing indeed and humbling.

My Thanks first to my friend Mummy Kat from Family Furore for such a grand nomination and received at such a time when l am not able to pawlog as much as l might like because of the constant battle to get onto a house Kompootah with my 2 legged parents! But l am grateful for the time allowed to me to finally be able to respond. The true task will be grabbing enough free time to write my next adventure, which for the records [hint hint Dad] is long overdue!

I have read Mummy Kats’ blog for a little while now, and have come to be expectant of any new episodes concerning both her life as Mummy to her Jessie, equally as much to observe her own journey through her story as it too unfolds before the eyes of the readership. I can relate partially or indirectly to Kat’s journey with her own daughter because my Dad is a bipolar Asbee and that can be strenuous at times also, not forgetting challenging.

Family Furore as a blog is a real go to site, so pop along, all are welcomed.

Ok, as to my blog here well l am a girl called Scrappy Doo, named by my Dad after Scooby Doo. You may recall, that Scooby had a sidekick cousin called Scrappy, well that’s me. However l am always called Doodlepip, hence the name of the series.

I am a really friendly dog, very approachable, um, ooh , oh yeah and l am very much into “Bark Power”, “Power to the K9″ and Pawtism, l believe in equality for all dogs, and the right to manipulate and train our two legged parents … it’s a dirty job, but someone has to do it.

I have a really awesome hip and chic Mummy, who is really cool, and an Asbee Dad who is really geeky, and they are my own two leggeds and l am their little four legged.

There‘s so much more to me, which you will only get to know if you follow my Adventures, which l hope you do and enjoy, so for the time being it’s …

“Tootle Pip from Doodlepip!”

That’s me, l am not as pawlific in my pawlog as l might like to be, but that is only because 1] l don’t have my own Kompootah and 2] l am reliant at times upon Dad being my secretary because my claws can get stuck in the keyboard which can make typing harder than those who have pudgy soft fingers. As a clear example l started this post yesterday!!

But l am working more at getting more help and learning to pad type which will make things easier.

Now to the interesting part , the nominations!

I don’t know that many bloggers here yet, but l have seen a few that l have laughed with, smiled at, nodded in approval and admired and they are:

Rachel Mankowitz & Cricket Too

Rough Bandit

Nice Borderline

Neurodivergent Rebel

Classic Ade

Snow Calmth

Yarn and Pencil & Bertie Too

Here are a few simple things to do to participate in the Blogger Recognition Award:

1. Show your gratitude to the person who nominated you and provide a link back to the person’s blog.
2. Give a brief story on your blog.
3. Share two or more pieces of advice for beginner bloggers.
4. Choose 10 other bloggers to nominate.
5. Comment on each blog, letting them know they’ve been nominated and provide a link to your award post.

Once again my sincere thanks for my nomination, so for now it’s …

“Tootle Pip from Doodlepip!”

  1. Thank you very much Doodlepip, I shall tell my mummy how to respond to this tomorrow. I’ll let her off now as she is too tired (actually I’m rather miffed as she’s been with a cat much of the day and mummy didn’t take me to visit/chase/eat it. Selfish of her don’t you think? All she brought home were tantalising sniffs). Woof for now, Bertie, sniff sniff.
